We are Anders Husa and Kaitlin Orr - food and travel bloggers and creative content creators. We quit our office jobs to travel the world and eat for a living. Our mission is to guide you to the best food experiences around the world.

We returned to Disfrutar in Barcelona to experience the Living Table concept. I totally don't agree with you. Eating so called small bites that wasted about three hours. Absoluitely NO NO NO!!!! The food is strong and you definitely wanted to drtin water and they charge water price at an absolutely rediculous price. If you are extremely rich and wanted to waste your time, thenyou can go here.

And tastes Burnt 🔥, when I know how to slowly roast everything so it doesn't taste burnt. And then I I add Fresh Ground Peppercorn Medley. Peoples if you don't know what that is seek It out. Especially good 👍 in Homemade Sausage Gravy!!!

Ok, I cooked in restaurants for Decades, and have eaten in some Expensive restaurants in Atlanta GA., but to me this is Just Crazy!!!

Eating woodlice in a soup is why I can't take some of these places seriously. I can literally go dig up some woodlice over in the woods near my house. Bone marrow however is right up my alley.

Disfrutar is amazing and I definitely have it on my bucket list. I dream about the caviar bun and the foie gras tart with the “multi-spherification” of corn!!! But…and this is a big but (😂)…it’s important to note that the living table experience, the “secret way”, is also extremely expensive. The regular menu alone is 290 euros, but the living table is 1,000 euros for one, and then hovers at 400-500 euros for parties of two or more. So that pricing is an important note.
Absolutely advisable to go as a group! That's what members of our food club, The Hungries did. They organized it on our forum and found a date that worked for all of them, despite flying in from different countries.
